Lexi and Kip are sad to see Nicole and I leave again for so long. We will be in Utah for about four weeks! We will have a baby shower for Brittanie on Saturday, and then await the arrival of baby Isaac. Don't worry, we'll be back just in time to put up Christmas decorations!!!! hahaha (inside joke!)

I have a BA in Communications from Brigham Young University. I've been a television/radio news anchor, a public speaker, and held several leadership positions within my church. I have been married 41 years, mother of five, and grandmother of twelve. I am currently taking care of my 92-year-old father who suffers from dementia. I've lived in Boston, Austin, Utah, Spain, and South Africa. Most of my young life I was labeled as shy and quiet. But, while in college I became determined to break free of these labels. This led to a career as a television news anchor and many more experiences. I've had a remarkable life but not void of mistakes and challenges. I've learned ways to cope, and ways to find more joy despite difficulties. I am so excited to share tools I've learned and experiences with you in hopes that you can find greater positivity and happiness in your everyday situations. So much attention is drawn to being physically and mentally fit, but rarely do we talk about becoming emotionally fit. It is my hope to guide and help you navigate your life's journey toward more peace and happiness. Think of me as your emotional personal trainer! It's all a matter of thought!

Does Kip know how to cook?!?
Kip is actually a good cook. He also couldn't stay away. He flew to New York for an event on Thursday, but was in SLC on Saturday...we are all eagerly waiting this baby to be born! He leaves for India on Tuesday...hope the baby comes before then! Adam has a job offer in Boston!
