The Mountain Man

Driving from our place to the village, I passed Grafton's infamous Mountain Man. Not sure of his age, but my guess is he is close to 90 years old. He is often seen in Grafton, and even in Chester driving his green truck. As we passed on the narrow dirt road, he rolled down his window for a chat. I introduced myself, and he told me his name. Though he looks old, he seemed rather alert and spry! After learning that we were nearly neighbors, he asked me if I was married. When I told him "yes", his next remark was "dam"! I jokingly said that if that ever changed, he would be the first to know!
